The hotel location is good. It is very close to the subway station. The gym has equipment close to the hotel across the street. It has a message places.

The location worked good for our plans. Nearby, we found some great restaurants. The buffet breakfast had a great choice and all food was fresh.
There was lack of communication between staff at the hotel. We were given a later check out and then we was accosted by another staff member asking why we had not checked out. The aircon don't working that well.

The room felt spacious, with ample storage and comfortable beds (pillows perhaps a tad soft). The layout with the toilet, shower, and sink was different, but actually quite useful. The hotel's central location made accessing the MRT and buses easy. i would certainly return!

poor reception lobby stool
the location is great because the hotel is close to a shopping mall and a market.
I was really disappointed with the service at reception. I seemed like a burden. i was even told off for sitting on a stool in the lobby. it didn't make sense.

Convenient Stay Near Chinatown
convenient location public transport comfortable temperature
I found the location very convenient! it was a short walk to Chinatown and public transport. The hotel also had multiple restaurants and shops within the building, very useful. The air conditioning worked well and the room was always a comfortable temperature.
The check-in process was a little slow, though the staff was polite. I had to wait a bit longer than expected, to recieve My room.

The twin room was well-equipped with two comfortable beds and ample space for luggage. There was a separate toilet and shower area. a sink located in the main room, offering added convenience. Complimentary toiletries and fresh towels were provided daily.
